Really Cool Con weekend is now in July. After listening to fans, we switched! We’ve always competed with GenCon & Summer Slam Wrestling weekend. Now in July we can book more wrestling guests, which is always a HUGE fan request AND we can provide more table top gaming from an activity offer as well as involving local game shops, vendors, & attendees… who in the past were always at GenCon.

The RC3 team has expanded & are working in part to host MiAnime (Michigan Anime Convention) taking place at Suburban Showplace Collection in Novi, Michigan, August 1 & 2, 2025. This event will focus on Anime, Manga, Cosplay, Japanese Culture, and more.

At your space you will find a welcome packet full of info. Also contained in the welcome packet will be exhibitor wristbands and any additional Weekend passes (wristbands) that you may have purchased.

Please wear your wristbands. We will NEED YOUR HELP to keep out random people from the venue show floor during load in times.
If you are interested in staying at our Host Hotel the Holiday Inn Express Flint U of M Campus Location there is a vendor block discount rate which you can find here and in our emails in Spring of 2025.
The Venue and/or Event (Really Cool Comic Con) are in no way responsible for securing merchandise and/or any product(s), items, or any belongings of any kind during load in throughout the day of Friday JULY 18, 2025.
During your load in time please park in the Exhibitor load in parking lot.
After the designated 2 hour load in time is over please move your vehicle/trailer/ any items used for load in OUT OF THE EXHIBITOR LOAD IN PARKING LOT. You can park anywhere else. You can continue to load in from anywhere else. You CAN continue to set up, hang out, and be in the venue until set up close time on Friday August 2nd.
The venue and or the Event (Really Cool Comic Con) do NOT PROVIDE any hand carts, tools, staff, vehicles, extension cords, or items that are available to assist with load in or load out.
Really Cool Comic Con does NOT SUPPLY WIFI access. The venue sells wifi access. We are not involved with aspect of this service. We do NOT take payment, supply refund, guarantee or support any actions, quality, or absolutely have any dealings with the Venue supplied WIFI. Please contact the venue directly to make arrangements.
CON CASH - After a very exciting and sucessful trial run in 2024 we are again using con cash as prizes for cosplay contests and some other promotions. Examples of CON CASH will be included in the check in packet, which will be at your booth space when you arrive. If an attendee uses CON CASH for a purchase, we (the con) will pay you for the con cash at any time during the event. Just take the CON CASH to the Will Call Booth (admissions) to trade for real money. Detail instruction will be in the vendor packets.
SCAVENGER HUNT - The. Scavenger Hunt was a huge hit. We had 100’s of people participate. If you would like to be a location “stop” for the scavenger hunt please email us - ReallyCoolCon@gmail.com
To participate we might ask for your space to have some item or picture to display as part of the hunt! Its a great way to generate foot traffic to your booth and if you have an item to “FIND” or a way to be fun and interactive for the hunt please let us know!
DONATIONS PLEASE - Part of this years prizes for the Kids Cosplay Contest and Prizes for Video Game tournaments we are putting together Prize Packs. If you are a Vendor or Artist and have anything you are willing to donate it would be appreciated, please contact us ReallyCoolCon@gmail.com
Please Know the venue only has one ATM at the attendee entrance in main lobby.

The doors 100% MUST stay closed from Friday at 9pm to Sunday at 6pm
Yes, you can set up and be at the venue all day anytime between 11am and 8pm, but your load in time is when you can PARK in the VENDOR PARKING LOT
AFTER you are done unloading and your time window ends please park at any other parking lot in front of the building and enter through the main entrance.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNING Park in any of the 3 main parking lots and enter the event through the main entrance. There will be no entry by using the Vendor Load in Doors

The venue will be locked Friday and Saturday Nights.

You can set up any additional tables, shelving, grid work, or any displays you want within your space.
Reminder, No Soliciting is allowed of any kind
The convention has always sold out of vendor and artist space since our first ever show in 2018.
Panels will again be held in the Blue Line Club room on the 3rd Floor.
The main stage will again be set up inside the lobby on the 2nd Floor (main entrance for attendees)
Concessions will again be available on the vendor hall level and the main entrance level. We are working with the venue to provide more satellite vending options around the venue.
